1:1 EFT Session

EFT is an “emotional liberation technique” consisting in tapping some particular points of your body while repeating specific empowering and liberating phrases. It was such an efficient tool for me to get rid of food disorder, and one I use whenever I need motivation, more confidence, or need to process deep sadness.

After one session you will be able to use this method at any time to unlock inhibitions, get confident, overcome anxiety, timidity, anger…

1:1 Stress Regulation Session

This session is a blend of Breath Work, Fascias Maneuvers and Nervous System Regulation Exercises for you to get the tools to release stress in your daily life. It ends with a guided meditation to reset and ground, finding the peace into your hectic days.

With a regulated nervous system your capacity to face stress and challenge will improve, and you will be able to navigate your life with more calm.

As it also regulates most of our physiological activity, some issues related to your health, weight and sleep cannot be improved without working on your nervous system.
