Hey there!
I’m Sibylle—lover of life, nature, and moonlit wisdom.

Here to share and walk beside those navigating their healing journey, seeking better well-being and health.

Because I explored various modalities to get better myself, I am now able to offer a Holistic Care with different techniques and treatments to help you reclaim balance, energy, and serenity.

MY VISION

We are Spirit, Energetic beings, experiencing life on Earth in this body of matter,

Unique beings interconnected with the whole Creation,

All coming from One Source.

Love is the ultimate truth.

Our Mind holds immense power, if we connect to our highest Spirit, cultivating our intuition, we can unlock truths and potential.

We create our own reality, as vessels of the Divine.

Here is the story of  how my spiritual and Healing Journey started,
and how I got out of depression and food disorder.

From a very young age, I was tormented by death and always wondering what is the point of this life, completely overwhelmed thinking of the infinity and immensity of the universe.
I’d lay awake at night, not being able to sleep, my mind spinning with metaphysical questions and fears, while the loss of loved ones deepened my anxiety.

By my early 20’s I felt utterly blocked and lost, slipping unconsciously into depression. I missed appointments, making excuses to hide it, battled insomnia and sleep paralysis, and would ate compulsively for hours—late recognizing these as hyperphagia and bulimia.

I knew I was not ok, and tried to disciplined myself but I wasn’t able to get out of the loop.
Yes, that’s the thing about depression: you can know all the solution to get better, yet you are powerless to act, and no, being disciplined is not the solution because you just can’t find this motivation within you.

I loved life so much I would always be on my happiest mood with people, but once alone, I would most of the time fell into the dark again. Two good days good for four bad days.

So, how did I get better?

TURNING POINT: understanding our body

This day a friend of mine brought me to a Kinesiologist was the beginning of a change. I realized:

  • Our body is not just a body.
In order to heal we need to look at our ourselves as an energetic system, where our emotions and thoughts interact with the body.
  • Positive affirmations alone don’t heal deep wounds. People often say (and even so called ‘life coach’) that it is all about ‘changing your mindset’. Well, it doesn’t work like that. Repeating yourself everyday “I have a good life” doesn’t make it any better if you are at the bottom.
  • We are energetic system
Understand that: if you have chronic guts issue, it’s not just because of what you eat. You might need to take a look at the fear and anxiety you cumulate in your daily life and store in your nervous system and the intestines, that fuel guts inflammation— which then loops back to affect your emotions and thoughts. What you eat is important, but regulating your nervous system and facilitating your energy flow is just as important.

Healing requires addressing both body and energy.

MY SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

Traveling through South America ended up being such a spiritual journey. I didn’t search for it but I guess I asked for it so intensely that answers came to me. I opened myself to the divine, talked to people from all religion and cultures with this thirst of understanding Life.

Passing by Hare Krishna’s Temples, I was initiated to Yoga and to the Vedic Philosophy, which made me aware that we emanate from Oneness, and that we are not our body, but a soul using a body as vessel on this planet.

Everything comes from one source, the original energy or Spirit. The lecture of “The Universe Explained to my Grandchildren” by Hubert Reeves brought me to the same conclusion, realizing that humans are stardust, and that any molecule on this planet or constituting our body also exists in the depth of the universe, making everything deeply interconnected.

And I started connecting with God and my spirit.

In Yoga Nidra sessions and Ayahuasca ceremony I had this deep realization, that we come from Love, Love is the Only Truth, and Everything is Connected. It seems simple, it is not describable, it came as a profound feeling.

Yoga gave me peace, and a guidance in life.
It is a philosophy of acceptance, of devotion, to break away from our ego and material needs. Practicing Yoga, not only I could feel the physical benefits on my body, stronger, more energized, less painful, also I started to feel more aligned and connected.

Along those years I learned how to navigate my emotions with awareness and be in control of my life, instead of my emotions preventing me from being truly present. I learned the power of the Mind, and how to heal by accessing our energetic layer.

There are simple methods that are accessible to anyone. I combined nervous system regulation, breath awareness, meditation, yoga and fascial maneuvers, tapping, and energetic alignment to overcome my depression, get rid of my food disorders and achieve well-being on a daily basis. There is no magic here, it’s about learning how to be more aware of ourselves and how we function.

Healing is a learning process, to connect to your soul. With ups and downs, no judgement, accepting to hold pain and grow, deep diving into the darkest and brightest. Are you ready to join me on this journey?

What is Energy?

You know that feeling when you enter a room and the energy is off?
It’s invisible, yet it’s undeniably real.

Or when you are next to someone anxious, and their worry seems to spill into the air around you? Emotions release energy.
Isn’t it true that what you focus your thoughts on, is where you direct your energy to? And what you think becomes what you believe and becomes who you are ?

What about when you are full of energy, or feel drained of energy? We don’t use that word randomly.
Energy is our fuel, this breathe of life, the Prana, the Qi, the pulse that make all things vibrate and live.

Humans, plants, animals, oceans, rocks, wind… We all are on the same energetic plan, in the third dimension, all vibrating, but on different frequencies. Stand beside someone giddy with excitement, and you’ll feel it. If you’re in a calm state, their buzz might jar you. Why? Because your energies are not matching.
It is up to you to connect and sync your energy with who or what you want.

All matter is made of atoms. Atoms inside your body are also present outside your body, and all around you. And atoms are just groups of identical, electrically charged particles, constantly vibrating, emitting, and transferring energy. Do you see what I’m getting at?

Everything you can see, including you, is made of the exact same particles…  All objects, even your body, emits electromagnetic radiation (look at the brain waves!), which is energy traveling and spreading out as it goes. There are the radiations you can see, part of the visible electromagnetic spectrum—like colors— and those you cannot see—like the radio waves, the infrared light.
It’s not because we don’t see something that it doesn’t exist.

Does that resonate with you?
Are you able to feel it all vibrating?

Your blood, lymph, and other fluids carry electromagnetic information. The air in your body’s cavities carries phonons (sound vibrations). Inside your cells? Photons (light particles). You are literally made of light.

Your thoughts and emotions? Invisible, yes—but they are vibrations that shape your energy. Joy lifts you; anger drains you. Thinking about failure lowers your energy, thinking positively boost your energy.
Energy exists on a spectrum: deficient, balanced, or excessive. True wellness is homeostasis: a fluid, unblocked flow of energy through every layer of your body—physical, emotional, and mental.
How do we get to this balanced energy?

Soon writing about it…

How I teach yoga

Yoga is about connecting to our Body, our Energy and the Universal Force, finding wholeness and bliss.

Instead of trying to reproduce what you may think is “the way to do it” or a perfect shape, I like to guide you into listening to your own body.

Where does it long for space? What movements does your breath naturally inspire? Where do you hold resistance, and what might it be telling you?
This practice isn’t about achieving poses.
It’s about achieving relationship with yourself.

Yoga energy emotions

Asanas not only help the energy to flow through us, they also carry emotional resonance and that’s what I love to explore.
Backends are Heart Opening and might reveal your capacity to open yourself to love and and forgive…
A hip opener might stir unexpected emotions and show your capacity to release and trust; stillness may feel more challenging than any pose…. This is the alchemy of yoga – not just moving your body, but meeting yourself.

We work on your Foundations and Pelvic, because during the practice, as in life, we need to find our grounding and feel safe.

I always insist on Core Awareness, as it is fundamental for good posture, and feeling aligned and confident

We will explore your Bandhas (the locking of your own energy) and balancing your Chakras, not as abstract concepts but as felt experiences. While sensing energy takes practice, once you do, your practice transforms completely.

And always we will dive into Breath Work (pranayama), learning how to control your life force energy, to strengthen immunity, dissolve tension, and increase your energy.

My practice is a blend of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Fascias Release, Strength-building repetitions, Yin Yoga… I like to take the time to explore and hold a posture as much as I like to flow staying in movement.

Yoga is for everybody!
I cannot stress that enough!
Do not bridle yourself: you don’t have to be already strong, or flexible… those qualities will emerge naturally by practicing consistently.

What we seek is to facilitate the flow of energy in our body and elevate our energy to attain this bliss state.
You just have to be you, willing to grow, surrender and open. Not that it is anything easy… Sometimes laying ourselves bare can be challenging, here is when the practice makes you evolve.
Own your practice, it is yours!
